Spreading KINDness—
A Year of Impact
As the 2024-2025 school year comes to a close, we extend our sincere appreciation to all who have supported our work. Since our founding in 2020, your continued engagement has been instrumental in advancing our mission and this year marks our most impactful yet.
Throughout the 2024-2025 school year, we expanded our reach and deepened our presence in school communities. We hosted 53 KIND Days at 26 schoolsacross the Upstate, directly engaging 4,325 students. We also distributed 4,719 books to students, educators, and school libraries. By providing opportunities for students to learn about disabilities and the diverse experiences of their peers, we are building informed and supportive communities.
Beyond schools, KIND also participated in several community events, including the Bridged Disability Expo, Upstate Education Preview, Road to Possibilities Opportunity Fair, Southern Roots Festival, and The Washington Center Rock ‘n’ Roll event. We are proud to support and connect with many organizations and nonprofits throughout the Upstate.
Looking ahead to our fifth year, we’re excited to build on this incredible momentum. Thank you for believing in our mission. Together, we’re building a kinder, more inclusive future, one school and one community at a time.
Kindly,
Caroline Giguere and Francie Todd
