Mission 

KIND of the Upstate is a non profit founded on the principles of promoting kindness and inclusion.

Goals

• KIND aims to educate young children and encourage them to include others and nurture all forms of differences amongst their peers. Furthermore, KIND promotes inclusion and acceptance of all individuals.
• KIND will provide educational material, which will ignite discussions between children, parents, and educators about the importance of being kind.  Together, through education, we strive to build a KIND foundation in the children of the Upstate of South Carolina that will sustain into adulthood.

KIND of the Upstate is a registered South Carolina 501(c)(3) non profit organization. 100% of your donation goes towards our mission and is tax-deductible to the extent of the law.

KIND Day 2021

On October 13th, we celebrated our very first KIND day at Westminster Weekday School.  We taught lessons about kindness, inclusion, and differences to over 70 students in both 4K and 5K classrooms. We look forward to celebrating many more KIND days in the future and expanding our mission across the Upstate…. because everyone benefits from kindness and inclusion.
